How to download files set aside for you
When we let you download a video, mini clip or photos (for editing, say), they wait on My downloads.
You need to be signed in to do this.

When there's something for you, your Home page says how many files are ready. Click My downloads.
Tip: You may also get an email saying the files are ready.

Each file shows what it is, which event it's from, its size, what it's for, and until when you can get it. Click ⤓ Download and choose where to save it.
Tip: Videos and photos come as the original, full-quality files. Several photos may come together as one zip file: open it to get the pictures out.

Watching a video or mini clip you have a download for? The ⤓ Download clip (or Download video) button under the title gets it too.
Tip: A download that has ended, or been taken back, disappears from the list. Ask us if you still need it.
